Storage Limit Warnings in NewsRoom 45
This document applies to NewsRoom 45 Studio 
NewsRoom will present a warning message to the user when storage reaches a threshold defined in the program options. These options are configurable for both the Item Store tool and the Audio List Tool.
These limits are configured by default to 95 % of storage capacity. By alerting the user when storage is nearly full the user can avoid full Item-Stores and Audio-Lists and the problems associated with saving their work. This will help users avoid these issues especially in the minutes before going on-air.
